After lifting the foundation, Avalon places and vibrates concrete at each pier location, encasing the lifting bracket and filling the gap under the foundation. This process is superior to backfilling with soils as it provides (1) corrosion protection, (2) seismic stability, and (3) restores ground contact for redundancy and lateral strength.
