We also travel more distantly for commercial projects. We perform a wide range of foundation-related projects such as (1) residential foundation repair, (2) high-capacity deep foundations, (3) retaining walls and drainage, (4) foundation-related excavation, (5) resolution of complex hillside issues, (6) concrete work and flatwork, and (7) various other commercial projects. Our Specialties: We have extensive experience with deep foundations, such as underpinning and releveling residential homes and building foundations for wind turbines over 300 feet tall. We install helical piles, resistive piers, micro piles, and drilled piers. We also install deep foundations in liquefaction zones and in other troublesome soils. Other Services: In addition to our construction work, Avalon leverages its experience to provide detailed foundation inspections for residential or commercial properties. We inspect the foundation and provide floor level surveys to precisely measure any differential settlement that may have occurred. We endeavor to provide the most accurate analysis of the situation, including working with independent engineers where necessary to provide a complete diagnosis of the situation and potential remediation.
