Retaining Wall with Concrete Bottom Layer
Constant moisture on this retaining wall required some inventive design to increase the longevity of the structure given the desire for attractive wood construction.

JANUARY 2025 PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
Hillside Home 7 Inches Out of Level
Massive settlement of this hillside property required some inventive solutions to remain under budget. Fully engineered solutions involving helical piles, helical tiebacks, and resistive piers, and a "plate lift" saved the day.
